3. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services. Clients shall review and approve design concepts, materials, and specifications in a timely manner to avoid delays. Any changes requested by the client after approval may result in additional costs and time.

4. Confidentiality: Saaz Design Studio respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any confidential or proprietary information to third parties without prior consent. The client agrees to provide the necessary information for the project while respecting Saaz Design Studio's confidential information and intellectual property.

5. Payment Terms: Payment terms and fees will be agreed upon in the service agreement. Clients shall adhere to the payment schedule specified in the agreement. Saaz Design Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or failure to comply with the agreed-upon payment terms.

6. Limitation of Liability: Saaz Design Studio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Saaz Design Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services provided.

7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Saaz Design Studio is located.

8. Modification of Terms: Saaz Design Studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to clients.
